Sachse business brokers and M&A advisors
For owners in Sachse who want to sell a business, MDR & Associates is a Metroplex M&A advisor that works only for sellers. Sachse sits off State Highway 78 and the President George Bush Turnpike, a mile north of Firewheel Town Center, and a meeting with one of our advisors can happen there, at your business or in a quiet room nearby.
From William Sachse's cotton gins to a suburb in two counties
The city carries the name of William Sachse, an immigrant from Herford, Prussia, who arrived in 1845 and built the first cotton mills and gins in the county. In 1886 he donated land for a railroad depot, and the town grew around it. The name itself comes from the German word for Saxon. Sachse incorporated in 1956, adopted a home-rule charter in 1986 and counted 27,103 residents in the 2020 census, spread across both Collin and Dallas counties.
Sachse today is a northeastern suburb of Dallas rather than a mill town. If you own a company here, or live here and own one nearby, its buyers are likely to come from all over the Metroplex and beyond, not from down the street.

How your company is shown to buyers
First impressions set the price range buyers are willing to consider, so the presentation is built with care. Every company we take on gets a confidential marketing package explaining what it does, who it serves and how it makes money, along with a recast of its financials. We also produce an HD video of the business, made under our VP of Video Production, Tom LoChiatto, which lets a serious buyer see your operation before asking for a tour. None of it names your company until a buyer has signed a nondisclosure agreement and proved it can pay.
Where the process goes from there
With the package ready, we contact buyers in our own database, hold buyer and seller meetings, and try to draw several letters of intent together, so competition sets the price. We review each offer with you in person, then stay beside your attorney and CPA until the closing documents are signed. The steps are laid out on our process page, and if you want a starting figure first, the valuation snapshot is free. We work the same way throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

Questions owners in Sachse ask
Will a marketing video of my Sachse shop give away who I am?
Not to anyone who has not qualified. The video is shown only after a buyer signs a confidentiality agreement and proves the funds, and we can film around signs, vehicles or anything else that would identify you to a passer-by. You approve the video before it is used.
My company is in Garland or Wylie, but I live in Sachse. Can you still help?
Yes. What matters is that the company is profitable, operates in Texas and has records that reconcile, not which side of a city limit it sits on. We can meet near Firewheel, at your business or at your home in Sachse, whichever keeps the first conversations private.
