No cost, no obligation
What is your business worth?
Four fields. A real advisor — not a calculator — comes back with a range, what is driving it, and what would move it.
The snapshot
Tell us about the company
Most owners want the number long before they want a broker. That is the right order, and it is why this costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What you get back: a value range based on your revenue, industry and earnings; the two or three factors most likely to move it in your case; and a straight answer about whether now is a sensible time to sell.
What you will not get: your details passed to anyone, a listing agreement in the post, or a salesperson calling every week. If you tell us you are two years away, we will call you in two years.
- Confidential from the moment it arrives — we never contact your employees, customers or competitors
- A reply the same business day, from an advisor who has sold companies in your industry
- No obligation to list, engage or continue

Before you fill anything in
Is this really free?
Yes. A snapshot opinion of value costs nothing. A formal third-party valuation — the kind used for tax, litigation, ESOP or a defensible asking price — is a separate paid engagement performed by an accredited appraiser, and we will tell you clearly if that is what you need.
Will you contact my employees or customers?
Never. Nothing about your company reaches the market without your written permission, and buyers see a blind profile before they see your name.
What if I am years away from selling?
That is the best time to ask. The twelve to twenty-four months before a sale is where the multiple is decided — see pre-exit consulting.
How accurate can a snapshot be?
It is a range, not an appraisal. It is based on your revenue, earnings, industry and the transactions we have closed in it. It is accurate enough to decide whether to go further, which is what it is for.
