What we collect

When you complete a form on this site we collect the name, company, email address and telephone number you give us, along with anything else you choose to add. Our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser, which we use to keep the site working and secure.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, where you have asked us to, to prepare a valuation or discuss a transaction. Inquiries are handled by our advisors and are treated as confidential business information from the moment they arrive.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, unless you tell us to. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details. We do not contact your employees, customers, suppliers or competitors. Nothing identifying your company is disclosed to a prospective buyer without your written permission, and buyers who do see confidential material do so under a signed confidentiality agreement.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact with you about a possible transaction, and afterwards for as long as our professional and legal obligations require. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled they are configured to record page views without identifying individuals.

Your choices

Write to info@mdrma.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Confidentiality in a transaction

The commitments above are the general ones. Where we are representing you in a sale, confidentiality is a working process rather than a policy: your company is marketed as a blind profile, and a buyer signs an agreement and proves they can fund a purchase before they learn your name.
