A fast-growing Hays County city between two metros
Kyle's population rose from 28,016 in 2010 to 45,697 in 2020, which makes it one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. Founded in 1880 as the railroad pushed through, the town started with saloons, a cotton gin and a lumberyard, shrank during the Depression and Dust Bowl, and incorporated in 1928. Residents now use I-35, the SH 45 toll road, FM 150, FM 1626, SH 21 and SH 123, and the MoPac rail line still runs through downtown. The largest employer is the Hays Consolidated Independent School District; the Kyle Unit prison is second. Since 2021 Kyle has also held the title Pie Capital of Texas.

What buyers ask about a company in a boom town
Rapid growth brings a particular set of questions. Is the company's revenue growing with the city, or only keeping pace? Can the team handle more work? Are customers spread across new neighborhoods, or concentrated with one builder or developer? Companies that install and service systems in homes, from air conditioning and plumbing to roofs and garage doors, are among the businesses we know best, and our home services page explains what buyers in that sector look for.
A growing market can support a strong price, but only if the company's own records prove the story. Our first task is a recast of your financials that shows true earnings; then comes a confidential package, a professionally shot video, and outreach to buyers who already want a foothold between Austin and San Antonio.

Questions owners in Kyle ask
Does being on I-35 between Austin and San Antonio help when I sell my Kyle business?
It widens the buyer pool. A company that can serve customers in both metros interests buyers from each, as well as private equity groups and buyers from other states who want a Texas base. We show where your customers actually are and how far your crews travel, so buyers value the reach you already have rather than assume it.
My Kyle company does most of its work for home builders. Is that a problem?
It is a risk buyers will price, not a barrier. They will want to know how many builders you work with, how long those relationships have lasted and how much service or replacement work comes from homeowners directly. Growing that repeat homeowner revenue before a sale usually improves offers.
