How it ran
Metroplex Battery had delivered deep-cycle batteries across Texas for nearly three decades, and supplies golf-cart batteries to hundreds of golf courses statewide.
We sold it in April 2013, within two months of the engagement, to a buyer committed to keeping the service its customers had known since 1985. A year later its new owner came back to us as a buyer, and acquired Power Factor through the firm.
