MDR & Associates successfully closes Bloom’s Landscaping as the second closed transaction of the year. “Bloom’s Landscaping was sold to the same buyer/investor who purchased Peterson’s Landscaping a couple months ago and this individual has become a dear friend of our firm”, says Michael D. Rubin, CEO of MDR & Associates. “This particular buyer/investor is building a large commercial services company over the next 3-5 years and we will help him grow his platform commercial cleaning company into other verticals that make sense to their current clients who are primarily municipalities and government agencies.”
