MDR & Associates has sold Elastic By The Yard, Inc to an e-commerce company for an undisclosed amount. The founder and CEO of the acquiring company, Jeffery Silla has grown his once small online company into a true e-commerce platform over the last decade. Michael Rubin, Founder & CEO of MDR & Associates comments on the sale, “Elastic By The Yard carved out an excellent niche and had established an excellent reputation within the arts & craft space on ETSY.com and other online sites. With 4 years of success and having sold millions of yards of bulk elastic to wholesalers, retailers and end users worldwide, Elastic By The Yard was positioned perfectly to sell to a strategic buyer. The former owners of Elastic By The Yard, Frank and Kristen Barnett were a joy to represent in this transaction. I have little doubt that the Barnett’s will succeed in whatever they decide to do next!”
